How To Return An Item

Items once delivered cannot be returned unless it is not defected.

• • Your item/s must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Items that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • You must contact us same day of receiving.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no refunds/return/exchange policy on Hijabs,Scarves,Hijab caps. Accessories & Formal Hijabs which have been opened by the customer.
  • Any sale/clearance items cannot be refunded/exchanged. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
