- For exchanges, you will need to send the item to our provided address, and the shipping charges for sending the item back and receiving the new one will be borne by you.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer as per your preference.
- We initiate the refund on the same day after we thoroughly inspect and confirm that the returned item is in proper condition.
